Sabatier Thiers Issard 4 Star Elephant Canadian pattern 7.75" slicer with carbon steel blade, and aluminum riveted pom handles. 

Knife shows wear and use, blade cants slightly to the right but otherwise is ready to get back to work with a fresh edge. Pom handle scales have small cracks at the first rivet but handle is tight and secure. I used to take these apart to re-handle years and years ago and you would be surprised how much abuse they can take.
