Ume syrup has been made in Japan since the Edo period, beloved for its fragrance and delicious taste, and ability to use in beverages, dressings, and cooking.

Easily create Ume soda by diluting with sparkling water (your preference but the maker recommends 1:4 ratio), or get fancy and make cocktails or mocktails! Great for pouring on yogurt or ice cream, or making a sauce for meats.
