We offer an array of knife skills classes from basic whetstone sharpening to whole chicken butchery. All classes are held at our Valencia Street shop in the Mission District.

Parking can be (is) limited. There is metered parking on Valencia Street or street parking in the neighborhood. There is a parking garage at Valencia & 21st.
Classes are run separately from our retail shop. Please direct any inquires regarding schedule, cancellations, gifting classes, etc. directly to the instructor.
