Oshinko Press Pickle Kit

Everything that you need to make traditional Japanese oshinko pickles. Oshinkos can be made in as little as 10 minutes and with minimal ingredients (often just salt, but you can add in a dash of soy sauce and some ginger and shichimi, or even cut up some dried kombu if you want to go all out!). Pop in some cucumber or cabbage into the oshinko press as you begin dinner prep, and you'll have delicious oshinko by the time the rest of your dinner is ready. 

An oshinko recipe card is also included.
