KH Series
Monosteel kanto style knives made with a finely finished proprietary stainless steel and imitation mahogony pakka composite wood western handle or magnolia wa handle.
This steel has an excellent blend of edge holding, sharpen-ability, edge formation, toughness and stainless properties. The handle work is very nice with a great fit and finish; smoothed heel and spine as well as convexity on the blade face for smooth cutting and good release.
These have a strong right hand convex grind (right hand outside face is more convex than right hand inside face) with a 90/10 right hand bias to the finish sharpening.
