Chinese Style Cleavers
Much like Western chef knives or Japanese gyutos, Chinese style cleavers are multipurpose kitchen tools. They can be used for a multitude of tasks ranging from vegetable prep and light butchery, to more intricate decorative knife work for garnishes.
A heavier cleaver is capable of handling more intense butchery work.
