Fontenille Pataud is a small family business located in the beautiful Thiers, in the Auvergne region of France and is regarded for their high level of craftsmanship and hand finishing work. Thiers is world-famous for its manufacturing of knives and cutlery.
While they are most well-known for their Laguiole style knives, Fontenille Pataud brings their extrodinary level of craftsmanship and finishing to other popular knife styles from around the Iberico region.
