Delicious hand-pulled ramen noodles made using a traditional process of aging for 36 hours, and braiding 18 strands of dough into a rope-like pattern for a smooth yet firm texture.

These noodles are made in Banshu, Japan- a region known for their centuries of hand-pulling noodle making that started over 600 years ago. The Banshu area is an ideal place for noodle making due to the local Hyogo prefecture being a hub of wheat growing, an abundance of clear and low-iron soft water being available from Ibo River, and high quality sea salt made from the local Ako Setouchi Sea.

Directions on how to cook:

1. In a large pot, boil plenty of water.
2. Add ramen noodles and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain into a colander and rinse under cold running water for 10 seconds.
4. Place the noodles in a bowl filled with your favorite ramen broth.
5. Loosen the noodles with chopsticks and add your favorite toppings.
