Vintage carbon steel Thiers Issard 9.5" chef knife, blade is very full having been sharpened very little, it does have a little bit of wavyness to it, and has been priced accordingly. Handle is secure and tight although it has been cleaned a little aggressively and is scratched up.
A great carbon steel French workhorse here.
9.5" blade, 14.75" overall
