Antique dinner knives from Sheffield's premier knife maker Joseph Rodgers & Sons. 6" forged carbon steel blades with celluloid handles.
Blades carry the cypher for King Edward placing this set around 1901-1910 although it is possible the cypher was used a bit after his reign. Carbon steel table knives were largely replaced by stainless in the 1920's, carbon is more work to look after but cuts excellently.
6.25" from tip to handle 10" overall length
these are not stainless and need to be washed after use to prevent rust, no dishwasher
