'Unique Sabatier' brand, one of the hundreds of long gone 'Sabatier' brand knives from Thiers France, I have found no information on this brand but the style is in keeping with 1950s to 70s knife making. The carbon steel blade and tang have a taper suggesting hand forging after drop forging, in keeping with this era of Thiers knife making the blade has been hand ground as well. 

The blade is nice and straight and not sharpened down much, it did not require a thinning, it has a fresh edge and is ready to get to work. 

The walnut handle is nice and secure, there are a few small gaps and a few hairlines on one scale but nothing terribly concerning. 

12" cutting edge, 2 3/8" wide at heel 17 1/4" overall length 13.7 oz
