Togiharu Inox 240mm Gyuto Hollow Ground Pakka

Trade in gyuto in great condition without original packaging. This mono steel stainless blade has been used but shows little signs of abuse. It's seen a couple sharpenings but no significant material have occurred; you still have some good depth before the grantons start. Listed as-in to keep prices down.

*'Hollow Ground' is the original branding of the knife. The scalloping/divots/granton are not conventional hollow grinding.
