A refreshing marmalade from Ehime, Japan made from amanatsu (similar to a grapefruit), iyokan (similar to a Mandarin orange), and cane sugar without any additives. The thickness comes only from natural pectin in the fruit. 

The marmalade features a great aroma and a balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. As the marmalade simmers for an extended time, the natural sweetness of the citrus is drawn out and this reduces the amount of sugar needed compared to other marmalades.
