Pallares 8" 'Professional' Kitchen Shears. Forged stainless steel with good grinds, a micro-serrated edge and smooth action. Capable of both heavy and fine work, from poultry, shellfish and seaweed to herbs, twine and bags.
Founded in 1917 in Solsona, Spain by two brothers, and currently run by the third generation of the family, Pallares is the last surviving workshop in an area known for its knife making workshops since the 1600's. Pallares strives to use traditional methods with high quality materials and have always been known for well tempered steel.
