Made for the Gloekler butchery supply business marked on the blade this was most likely made in New England or New York rather than by the Gloekler company in Pittsburgh. Handle looks a lot like 19th C Foster Bros with the notched corners.

Bernhard Gloekler, a German immigrant to the US was in the butcher supply business initially supplying hardware for refrigeration units in the late 19th century, his son Charles invented iron meat hanging racks in the 1890s which further propelled the family business.
