Vintage K Sabatier 13" chef knife hand forged and ground in Thiers France in the 1950's with super thin light blade and rosewood handle.

Knife is used but barely, blade has been sharpened in very little and handle is nice and secure with minimal shrinking. Like many knives of it's era the blade has some slight wavyness but nothing too severe.
